Parenting Assessment

The aim of our  Parenting Assessment service is to provide a specialised, highly trained carer base, that offers quality placements to young parents and their children. The services ofers a quality, cost effective programme that responds to the needs of young parents and the local authorities who care for them.

We offer an established carer base, offering support, advice and assessment, providing a safe environment for both the parent and child to grow and develop.

The service has been developed over the last ten years and has an excellent track record in respect of working with parents and children.

We have a  qualified team of parent and child specialists who work in conjunction with our local authority partners, ensuring regular progress meetings and reviews are held in accordance with the local authority care plan.

Our team will also work directly with the parent or child on specialised areas such as assessment, individual living skills and child protection issues.

We provide qualified outreach workers to compliment the requirements of placements, if identified as a specific need.

We also have in place a dedicated parent and child placement co-ordinator to match placement need to the skill base of the carer.
