Pathway Care Midlands stage their Carers Conference at the Holiday Inn Great Barr attracting delegates from across the Midlands

An appeal for ex-armed forces personnel living in the Cambridgeshire area to step forward and become foster carers has been made by a leading independent foster care agency.

Seven myths surrounding fostering are adding to the shortfall of Foster Carers.  In the UK there is an estimated shortfall of 10,000 foster carers which needs addressing urgently to ensure these vulnerable children are placed into a safe and supportive environment.
